Shatta Wale Goes Hard As He Finally Reacts To VGMA Indefinite Ban Lifting Reports (Video)

The CEO of Shatta Movement Records, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly called Shatta Wale did not mince words when he finally reacted to viral reports that Charterhouse and the board of Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) are going to lift the indefinite ban they handed Stonebwoy and himself two years.

It will be recalled that earlier this week, the Head of Public Events and PRO at Charterhouse, Robert Klah in an interview on Hitz FM disclosed that the board during a recent meeting decided to lift the ban they gave to the top-rated musicians for the confusion they caused at the 2019 awards.

Robert is reported to have told Andy Dosty on the Daybreak Hitz show: “It was in principle decided that the ban should be lifted”.

He added that the only reason it’s yet to be made official is that Charterhouse will be meeting both artists with their management to come into a clear understanding of certain happenings to avoid future altercations.

But in a response to this new development, Shatta Wale has said that it is very disrespectful for the board of VGMA to go about announcing this on the radio when they have not contacted Stonebwoy and him privately.

Shatta Wale also added that they are in for business and if the board is ready for them, they should sit down like men and consider them as stakeholders otherwise his lawyers should even take legal actions for defamation of character.
